Sue Mooney is the BEST! She is personable, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and strives to find whatever her client wants. She was extremely timely with any questions or concerns I inquired about. I will recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for real estate. She made sure documents were completed as requested by lender, appraisal folks and all others. Even though I have completed my purchase, I plan to stay in touch with Sue. I not only got a great realtor, I have my first friend in Maine!

When I worked with Corey, it didn't matter the time of day or day of the week, he would always bend over backwards to make everything work conveniently for me. I wasn't the easiest of clients. I had to find exactly the right commercial building, in the right location, and with owner financing available (in the middle of COVID, no less). My husband and I are new to Maine and lived in a hotel until we purchased our home which was not an easy task with 4 children and going through this process during COVID made it even more challenging. We didn’t know anyone here and Corey was referred to us through someone I met on Facebook. We are absolutely thankful for that referral because Corey went above and beyond to make sure our home buying process went smoothly and we could get out of the hotel and into our home.
