"Kiwi" was out agent for selling our apartment building. From posting our listing within 17 hours we had a verbal offer. Within 5 days we were "Under Contract". The process has been smooth and seamless. Kiwi is super knowledgeable, energetic, and a self starter. She listens and makes great recommendations.
