We first met Jay while searching for our retirement home. We gave him our "wish list" with the understanding that while hopeful, we weren't certain we would find something that checked every box! Jay went to work and found us a great house! Amazingly, all boxes checked!! Next up, selling our family home. Jay orchestrated a great listing; helpful guidance with a manageable punch list, staging, professional photos, and he provided brokers with helpful details with regard to the property's history and unique features, town amenities, and regional benefits.
