This was my first time a home, so I had no idea how the process would go. After the first phone call I had with Sue, I felt like I went to the right person. She walked me through the steps and listened to everything I was looking for. I could always get in touch with her either phone, text or email. I truly felt like a priority, knowing I was not her only client. She had my interest in mind when we would look at houses, pointing out possible issues. Honestly I felt like I had a friend showing me houses, good feeling. I will recommend her to anyone I know looking for property. She will be the only agent I will go to in the future hands down. She is a good person and it was a pleasure working with her.

We tried to sell my mom's house ourselves but found that things got complicated pretty quickly. And so we decided to call in the professionals ! Kelley and Wally guided us through the entire procedure from start to finish - coming out to our place on several occasions, taking pictures, taking an interest and listening to our stories about the ol' family homestead, getting the sales ad up and running, sometimes bringing hard copies of documentation to us. They put my mother at ease from their first visit which was big - the sale of our family home was hard for us. I was in frequent contact with them for several weeks, acting as a go-between for my mother who doesn't use email. I found that we were able to work well together to collect all of the necessary information and materials. When I asked questions, they had answers. We're very grateful to Kelley and Wally for helping to ease what is often a difficult process. They managed to sell our home in a short period of time at a nice price. Sue did an outstanding job selling my house. She is very efficient, effective and a pleasure to work with. Made sure I had the help I needed in getting yard ready and included a 360degree viewing of the house online, which really helps sell the home. Sold with 2 weeks of listing. Review for Sue Roberts Agent from Realty of Maine:We recently sold our home in Old Town, Maine using Sue Roberts of Realty of Maine as our agent. We had attempted to sell the property the previous year with another agency. The experience was not positive and had left us apprehensive about selling, specifically putting our trust in another agent. We had never sold a property before and along with our prior experience we were overwhelmed. Upon first meeting Sue much of our anxiety was put to rest. She was very patient and understanding of the circumstances. She answered every question we had to our complete satisfaction. She had done a great deal of research to assist us in determining a listing price. Throughout the entire process she was always available to us returning calls and keeping us thoroughly informed with each step of the process. Within a week of listing the house we were under contract. Sue was excellent at educating us regarding what each step entailed as well as the deadlines for each. When the buyer asked for certain concessions prior to closing she made sure everything was done in a manner that ensured our interests were protected. Our best interest was always Sue’s first concern. She worked very hard to ensure that we were thoroughly protected. Every aspect of our relationship with Sue was positive and professional.
