We worked with Sue and she was absolutely amazing. This poor woman drove all over the state showing us houses via Zoom meeting before we finally found the one after at month search, because we were about 6-7 hours away. The extra effort put forth went above and beyond expectations. And to top it off, she's also a kind and friendly person who gave us a few laughs throughout our search. I could not possibly recommend anyone more highly.

Brandon was very helpful and responsive with regards to our transaction. Not knowing much about the area I relied heavily on his knowledge. He was always very quick to respond to questions and inquiries, sending any information over that he could. He is the reason that we decided to make an offer on a property that had been taken off the market and it ultimately worked out. I would definitely recommend hiring Brandon Howland as your agent.

Coleene both helped us sell a piece of land in Orland then helped us buy our first house in Union! From the day we first talked I’ve never felt someone care for what I was trying to accomplish or my best interest as much as her. She was patient and diligent from the first day to the last providing calm well thought out incite throughout the process which truly I don’t think I would have been able to get this far without. No matter how small the task she was always prepared to see property’s and complete time sensitive things. I never felt like I wasn’t able to reach her even on weekends. (I work weekends and nights) I definitely recommend coleene she will work hard for you no matter what you are trying to sell or buy. It’s truly amazing finding a realtor in Maine that cares about what they’re doing and the people.
