I've been involved in real estate for 35 years and have had both good and bad experiences with people before I found my now FOREVER brokers Kurtis and Carissa Marsh at Realty of Maine. They are now my exclusive broker and company for 15 plus years and I could not be happier! They go above and beyond, bring me qualified buyers quickly, resolve issues that could hold up closings and more. USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

What I appreciate most about Wally & Kelley is that they weren’t pushing the sale. When I purchased and then also when I sold, they made sure that they were doing what was best for me.. and I appreciated that. I wasn’t just another sale and another number. We became friends.. So grateful to have such wonderful realtors!!

My wife and I have bought and sold several homes in the past. This was the first time we worked with Wally and Kelley. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Up front, they were on point with the asking price. They helped us field multiple offers and pick the offer that was best for us. They guided us through the inspection process - even offering to help do some of the necessary repairs. All in all, we can’t thank them enough for the work they put in. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future if we needed to.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or experience when moving all the way from Texas! Evelyn Conrad not only knew the market, but took the time to get to know us and found us the perfect house! She was incredibly responsive and answered any questions that we had big or small. We will definitely be using her again with any future real estate purchases.

Patty was great to work with. She always kept us up to date on what was happening. She gave us great advice on pricing our property and we received more money than either of us expected. If we are ever in need of a realtor in the future she will be the person we call.
