What can I say about Kortnie that one conversation with her doesn't say for itself?... She is professional, bubbly, fun, smart and incredible to work with. I have used her services not once, not twice, but 3 times now. I have been the buyer and the seller. In all instances she has always been responsive, dependable, and trustworthy. Even while away on vacation with her family, Kortnie always answered my questions in a timely fashion, and was on top of everything. Always open to hearing what I had for ideas, and helping to refine them to have the house more presentable is a quality you don't find in many realtors. My recent property sale was just completed in a very satisfactory manner and I wanted to take a bit of extra time to share my thoughts about the exceptional service provided by you personally. The land sale just completed had some significant difficulties and you worked through them with both the skill of knowing whom to work with in your area and your personality to make everything happen and to flow smoothly. Very simply you went above and beyond my expectations. I truly don't know how I would have worked through them without your help. I have bought 19 properties over the years and have sold 17 of them for a total of 36 closings.
