We loved working with Patty! We had a difficult time trying to find a piece of land we liked but she was always very patient, kind, available when we needed her and had our best interests in mind. She was great to work with, and would love to work with her again in the future!!!

Sue Mooney was fantastic. She always had an answer to every question and she was responsive. When the question was asked. We had a very tricky negotiation scenario involving an estate, a sale and subsequently a purchase. There were multiple last minute addendums and the closings happened on sequential days ...and Sue pulled it all together flawlessly. I truly appreciate the confidence Sue instilled in me, a calm spot in the midst of the chaos that is buying, selling, and moving in a short timeframe.
