Holly was amazing. I had a very complicated property to sell. And I live 3,000 miles away.
Holy sourced local support. Held back when needed, and moved forward when the opportunity presented itself. She kept me very well informed, answering questions, providing photos, scheduling local resources and manpower, and making recommendations for local support when needed. She went above and beyond to patiently partner with me to achieve my goal of selling the property.

I grew up in Maine and moved away years ago. It became time when my brother and I decided to sell the family farmhouse, which has been in the family over 100 years. We tried to sell it on our own but without success,,There are several realtors in the area and we had to choose ..I spoke to several acquaintances I knew and a couple recommended Georgie.. After interviewing her on the phone, I knew she was the right person,,,she was enthusiastic and her family has a farm! She met me at the farmhouse and she made several recommendations, one being to remove the carpets and show the beautiful pine floors, along with other recommendations. She was actively showing the property and receiving offers, all which we turned down….finally an offer from a person that wanted to use it as a farm. perfect!! I would highly recommend Georgie as a realtor that will work hard for you. She kept me up to date throughout the entire process, and living out of state this was important to me. We worked with Mindy Braley to purchase our house. We are from out of state, and I am sure it is much harder to work with that kind of customer. She was always available via phone or text 7 days a week and all hours. If a question popped in my head, I did not hesitate to reach out and she always responded. I asked her to do one physical showing and we did at least 4 video walk throughs. She did all of it without complaint. Mindy was a true advocate...she got us the asking price we wanted, and a majority of the repairs requested. She is the best and I would encourage anyone looking to buy a home to seek out her expertise. .

I bought my house four years ago during a certain health crisis. Sue is an absolute pro and an angel. It wasn't unusual for Sue to wake up to a number of emails with properties attached, that I sent during sleepless nights. She followed up very patiently, and she even helped "talk me down" from homes I was daydreaming about but would never be able to afford. I've recommended Sue to family and friends for many reasons. She helped me find the right house for me and my family and saw me through every step. I'll never sell my place, but If I did I'd call Sue right away.
