I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful of an agent Sue Roberts is. She went above and beyond to help me get my house on the market and sold. Her professionalism, advice, and positive attitude made the entire process much easier. She helped secure anything that was needed to get my house ready for sale. I would highly recommend using Sue if you need to sell your house. If you live out of the area, she is a must.

We worked with Melissa Carter at Realty of Maine. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable on the area and spent a long time walking us through the procedures and protocols of purchasing a home in Maine. Melissa had great insight on the market in the area and was able to help educate us on what to check for when looking at the houses. We ultimately were able to find the perfect property at a great price. We would highly recommend Melissa!

Grash Nash is a marathon runner at heart and it shows in the way she does business. Smart, poised, and excited for the process (not just the sprint!).
When I contacted her in March of 2023, I had no clue we'd be on a year + journey together to find my perfect house. Grace was amazing. She steered me clear of houses that may have looked fab, but were not for me, and connected me to so many local contractors to help me with the home I bought.
Grace was like a realtor, therapist, and client advocate all in one! This would not have been half as fun or successful without Grace! I don't see myself leaving the home she helped me find anytime soon, but when it's time I can't wait to call Grace again! :)
