We've really enjoyed working with Wendy. We like her as a person, and she earned our trust very quickly. She worked very hard to help us find the right property and in a way that was obviously focused on helping us find what worked for us rather than trying to push us into something that wouldn't have been a good fit. When it came time to sell our former home, which was an unusual one, and as such, difficult to come up with comparable properties for, she completed a very helpful market analysis, crafted a wonderful listing using the latest tools, and it ended up selling quickly for much more than we had anticipated.

I have utilized Mindy for the sale of two homes in the past three years.Each scenario was different requiring adjustments during the selling and listing process. Mindy navigated the sale well and kept me informed and subsequently I was able to make necessary decisions to make the sale.
