We started our home search in January. It is now June and we have just closed on the property of our dreams! This timeline was the result of a scarce market for fixer-uppers and very particular buyers (us 😅). Although I'm sure sometimes our requirements proved difficult, Brandy May never ceased to show us properties that checked every box. And if for some reason it didn't, she would help draw up a good plan for each property so that we could make it so. Brandy has gone out of her way multiple times to ensure this deal went as smoothly as possible. We live out of state so having her there to put out every hypothetical fire was detrimental and her efforts are not lost on us. We didn't just meet our realtor, we made a good friend in the process and we're so grateful to have had her be the one working with us. Thank you Brandy!!!

This is our first home purchase. My wife and I are a physician and a nurse. We previously purchased and sold two condominiums over the years and our experience did not come anywhere close to this. If we ever sell this home, we are having Grace as our agent again. She is professional, timely, and still helping us transition to the community even after the sale is over. We relied heavily on Grace as we purchased our home without visiting and she delivered. We could not be happier.

I first heard of Susan on a local mom’s Facebook group. Someone had asked if anyone had recommendations for a good realtor and the most recommended person was Susan. Reaching out to her was the best decision. Susan is everything we needed and didn’t know we needed in a realtor as first-time home buyers. She had integrity: we never felt like she was pressuring us to buy a home we weren’t interested in. She had knowledge: Susan has been at this for decades and was able to point out details that our trained eye didn’t catch helping us decide what house was worth pursuing. She had a tireless work ethic: with this housing market, a great home with great value gets snatched up so fast and you have to act very quickly to get in. Susan was incredibly responsive and when we’d decided to view a house did tons of research on the house to help give us context. We are so grateful to Susan and cannot recommend her more!
