Ms. Yock is absolutely phenomenal in her attention to detail, work-ethic and consistent communication. We sold a modest 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Orono, Maine. Ms. Yock was referred to us from a friend and she ensured from start to finish our home not only sold, but sold with the highest degree of integrity and honesty for and between all parties involved. The inspection of our home during the market process led to several repairs; Ms. Yock provided multiple contractor options to us to make sure we could get the work done on time and with the highest quality. Ms. Yock went out of her way to make sure we had the best resources available to understand our options, to make an informed decision, and to get the job done. She never stops working and provided consistent communication before, during, and after the contract was signed. She even followed up with us to make sure we were settled into our new home all the way out in Kansas. She is hands down the best at what she does!!

Our agent Hailey was great. She was always accommodating and had no issues driving to all the different locations throughout the state to show us houses. I would highly recommend her, if one day we decide to purchase another home we will be giving her a call.
