I give Georgie full credit for making my purchase of a house I love happen! We had a difficult seller situation; he was representing himself and had not hired a real estate agent. Georgie stepped up and did the work that would/should have been done by his agent. She was diplomatic in handling the seller’s often unreasonable demands; she “read the room” and plugged into the delicate interpersonal balance required to get compliance from the seller. Also, she always responded quickly to my questions and concerns.
I am so grateful, in this difficult housing market, to have worked with Georgie. I have heard several folks say, “Oh Georgie’s the best,” “you couldn’t do better,” “you’re in good hands,” and “you made a good choice going with Georgie.” Even at the closing, the seller made further demands and she set about producing paperwork that protected me to get the closing accomplished.
I wholeheartedly recommend Georgie…she really IS the Best! I feel so fortunate to have found her. Why go to anyone else! Her experience, expertise, and friendly personality are a winning combination.
