Bridge was an excellent resource in our search for property in the Moosehead lake area. He thoroughly researched all properties and advised us of certain restrictive covenants that were not apparent when we first started looking. He carefully determined exactly what we were looking for and promptly sent us information on new listings. Overall, he is the best realtor i have ever worked with and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

When our family purchased land in Lamoine ME in 2006, Tricia Largay was our realtor. She did a spectacular job, even as a relatively new realtor. This year we decided to sell that same piece of land. We remembered how great a realtor Tricia was all those years ago, so I checked online to see if she was still a realtor. Fortunately she was still in the business. I called her on the fly, mentioned my name, and she said; “Land, Lamoine ME, Right.” WOW, what a memory. Long story short, we picked right up from where we were in 2006. We explained to her what our situation was, why we were selling the land, and we were off to the races. So while she knew exactly what to do, most importantly she really LISTENED to me. I’ve worked with other realtors over the years, some listen and some don’t, she DOES listen; and that makes all the difference. Needless to say everything went smoothly, we got a very good offer, and the rest is history. Nelson, all I can say is this, she’s the BEST. Thank You, Dave Loeper

As a first-time home buyer, Kortnie and her team worked at odd hours to help us fully understand the home-buying process. Additionally, her negotiating skills secured us the home our dreams. While closing, the seller's realtor raved about how lovely Kortnie was to work with throughout the entire process and I couldn't agree more. Such a seamless process that I was expecting to be much more difficult. But no, with Kortnie on our side, buying our home couldn't have been easier!
