We purchased a piece of land with a cabin on the property so it was a non typical sale to begin with. The seller was a personal representative so each piece of the negotiation process took just that much longer, but Becca dug in like it was the most important property she has ever sold. Then a personnel problem at the bank caused us to have to start that part of the process over and she didn’t give up. She pushed for us to close in a reasonable time and that is exactly what happened. I am more than impressed with her dedication to a really small value sale and her work ethic.

Having worked with three realtors in the purchase and sale of other homes, I can unreservedly say that working with Sharon was a gift. She came to our initial meeting knowledgeable and prepared. As someone who loves data, her information and charts helped us position the home to be sold in good time and at a price we were very comfortable with. During the negotiation and subsequent contingency and closing process, she kept on top of things, making sure both sides would be set for closing on the contracted date. I cannot recommend her enough.

Brian helped my wife and I purchase our home in Bangor Maine when we moved from Arizona. He was very knowledgeable of the area, always on time, and very patient with us. He demonstrated great qualities of his skills as a real estate agent and was very honest about the homes we looked at before choosing our final home. He wasn't just looking to make his money and walk away, he took his time and made us feel comfortable and not pressured to buy any home but our special one. A couple of years after we decided to move back to Arizona and sell our home in Maine, so we called Brian again since our first experience was amazing. Again, Brian did not fail to amaze us with outstanding customer service and experience. He worked well with all the potential buyers did most of the work for me and gave me advice on what do to next. The house sold fairly quickly and it was a quite smooth process. I was able to do everything remotely from Arizona. Not once did Brian disappoint me. I highly recommend him.
