Georgie ROCKS ! I woke her up at 6 am to make an appointment to see the property later in the day and in the pouring rain - she met us with a smile ! She was extremely knowledgeable about local people who could help us expedite our dream of a camp in the woods: surveyor/ building permits, etc. Told us all about the area and summer events we might like to check out. In addition, she even introduced us to the seller who really wanted a family to buy her land. The entire process was quick and easy. We closed in approximately 30 days! I would highly recommend her and her knowledge of Down East Maine.

My wife and I give Georgie Kendall, of Realty of Maine, " 5," Stars, rating for her help as our realtor with the sale of the property, 15 Indian RD. Eastport Maine, Washington County. She had many ideas and direction on up-grading and staging the property for the curb appeal. She had several showings, and likes however, it was the photography and drone aerial pictures with visual tour that sold the property as the buyers were buying remotely from Pennsylvania. The buyer's realtor and Georgie presented the offer to us that was better than we expected. We accepted the offer. Then the realtors worked on the due diligence and closed the sale in September, 2022. The pay check at closing was a lot more then what we bought the property for in 2016, going by comparable properties in the area as Georgie suggested when we listed the property.
