Debbi Webber had a listing which my neighbors were looking at and I tagged along. I liked Debbi's honesty and no pressure approach. There was acreage next to my property which I was interested in and had come onto the market. I reached out to Debbi and appreciated her knowledge and thoughts on moving forward. Debbi could always be reached and let me know where my offer stood each step of the way. Even prior to closing, something came up and Debbi asked if I should have been charged for something which I hadn't even considered. We feel so fortunate that we got to work with Coleene to sell our home. She was absolutely amazing. She consistently went above and beyond for us in so many ways. We had to move prior to selling our home and Coleene would check up on the house and make sure it looked great for potential showings. She made it easier to sleep at night knowing that she was there to take care of any issues that might arise. From day one on the market all the way to the end, her communication was superior. She always answers calls or texts quickly and never leaves you hanging in limbo. She is very knowledgeable and made the selling process easy for us to understand.
