I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful of an agent Sue Roberts is. She went above and beyond to help me get my house on the market and sold. I would highly recommend using Sue if you need to sell your house. If you live out of the area, she is a must.

I bought my house four years ago during a certain health crisis. Sue is an absolute pro and an angel. It wasn't unusual for Sue to wake up to a number of emails with properties attached, that I sent during sleepless nights. She followed up very patiently, and she even helped "talk me down" from homes I was daydreaming about but would never be able to afford. I've recommended Sue to family and friends for many reasons. She helped me find the right house for me and my family and saw me through every step. I'll never sell my place, but If I did I'd call Sue right away.

We would not have a house right now if it were not for this woman! She delt with my late night texts and hopes for last minute showings. I flipped back and forth with wants and needs and areas and had no clue what I was looking at most of the time. Our family of four has been in a tough situation for almost exactly two years since moving to Maine and she got us exactly what we were hoping for. Now we're finally in a house again and she will never know how much that means. ❤️

Sue was the realtor for my first home! I had met with other realtors before deciding to work with her, because she was so respectful of my desires, taste, and budget. I wasn’t working with a huge dollar amount (so I assume her paycheck wasn’t huge either) and we toured sooo many houses, and she stayed hopeful with us & helpful to us until we closed. Answered so many extensive questions from anxious me! Very responsive, impressive listing search technology, and a genuinely nice person to do business with.
