I came out to Bangor area to find a home and a project to have some fun with. It was not a long trip and there was a holiday in the middle of it. Zach went the extra mile(s) to make sure I got to see everything I wanted to in just a couple of days. He was by my side, always responsive and even pulled a few strings so that we could get a thorough home inspection done before I had to fly back. He made sure my questions got answered and pulled together every needed contact, form and agreement in a timely manner . Can't say enough good stuff about his valuable assistance!

Very easy to work with and personable. Asked questions to better understand my situation and what I was looking for. Offered insight on the properties and areas that I looked at. Walked me through the information / documentation I was provided. Had patience and did a little hand-holding when necessary as it had been 30+ years since my last home purchase and considering this was a long distance purchase.

Gina is the best! She was on top of everything and took care of things very quickly. She helped us overcome issues as they arose and went above and beyond to help us. Even after the closing, she was able to help us with an issue regarding some furniture that was left behind by the sellers. We can't thank her enough for everything she's done!!

We were owners of a fairly unique offering, both in terms of the home and the property so comps were quite rare. Deb was quick to respond, easy to talk to, experienced and knowledgeable, through in her review and assessment of our home. Once formally engaged,she had the property photographed and filmed, detailed out, listed in all of the platforms. Shown 4 or 5 times in 3 days, under contract for full asking price in 5 days and closed in less than 30 days!! We couldn’t feel more fortunate in our choice of her to handle our sale!!
