We worked with Melissa Carter at Realty of Maine. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable on the area and spent a long time walking us through the procedures and protocols of purchasing a home in Maine. Melissa had great insight on the market in the area and was able to help educate us on what to check for when looking at the houses. We ultimately were able to find the perfect property at a great price. We would highly recommend Melissa!

Melissa Carter was so incredibly professional. She was so quick to answer our questions. To be totally honest, we almost didn't even look at this house. Melissa gave us the push we needed. We were close by and decided to look at it. CRAZY!! IT WAS THE ONE!! It felt like home the minute we went in. As a first time home buyer we really had no idea as to what to do. Melissa walked us every step of the way. Buying a house can be very stressful. Melissa made it such a smooth transition. She did alot of work to help us get this house. She is one of a kind!! I would recommend Melissa Carter to all my family and friends!

I cannot speak highly enough of Melissa! She is truly an amazing realtor to work with. Her professionalism, attitude and attentiveness went well beyond my expectations. If I ever had a question, I know I could count on her for an answer, regardless of the time or day of the week. Since we were moving to a new state, she went above and beyond in providing information on utilities, schools and other services that were important to us. I would definitely recommend Realty of Maine, and especially Melissa, for anyone interested in buying/selling a home.
