Grace was amazing! With buying our first home I wouldn't have wanted anyone else! She was knowledgable and patient. She walked us through step by step! She checked in with us often and suggested houses for us that were what we were looking for. Grace also looked out for us financially. With being a first time home buyer all the emails and words start to mix together and Grace made sure to talk us through anything we had questions about. I couldn't have imagined going through this process without her.

This is our second time working with Grace! She helped us navigate selling and purchasing another home. Out house was under contract within 6 days of listing and we put in an offer a couple of days later. Grace was always available and answered every single question we had.
