Christine was / is always available by phone or text, promptly responding to all inquiries, and tracked down answers to all questions. There was indeed some negotiating involved in our recent purchase and Christine was an excellent partner in advising me on strategy. She was also a pleasure to work with, both highly professional and also amiable.

Christine did a great job for me. She is a strong communicator which was very important and managed to get my property sold before the listing expired. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone selling property on the Blue Hill Peninsula and Deer Isle.
Christine is everything a client could hope for and more in a real estate agent. She is expertly knowledgable, highly skilled at managing complex situations, negotiating with difficult counterparties and representing client interests. We would work with Christine anytime and, in fact, would insist on working with her.
Christine was very knowledgeable and responded promptly to all changes and glitches as they arose. Christine was very reassuring and knew the laws and had the best responses to every situation . I would highly recommend Christine and Realty of Maine. John F. FITZGERALD
