I'd been looking for a property for over two years and had actually looked at two properties with other brokers who unfortunately never followed through...Stephanie True was wonderful. She asked for me to describe exactly what I was looking for, the geographic area, lot size, budget etc. She followed through with a list of potential properties, some of which stretched my criteria...but the fact I knew she was looking and working for me made ALL the difference. I could eliminate some properties and I elected to look at several, a couple she recognized upon viewing did not meet my needs, but she stuck with me and always positive that something would come up. She notified me of a property just on the market and sent me the listing and suggested we view it immediately. We did, she hit the mark...we made an offer right away. Guiding us through the whole process- from offer, to contingencies, soils tests, build inspections, title search and so on...patient, thorough very professional right through the closing. Can't thank her enough!!!

Stephanie True is an exceptional realtor!! She listens to what you are looking for and helps explore all opportunities of getting you there. She knows her market well and was always prompt in answering questions. It was easy to communicate with Stephanie.
