I was very fortunate to have james Lobdell as my realtor. I was going through some difficult family circumstances and James was there for me every step of the way. He was patient and encouraging. He not only showed me homes that I thought I wanted he also showed me homes that he thought I might like, and in doing that I came to realize that what I thought I wanted, wasn’t what I really needed. He was able to help me in this way because he is an exemplary real estate agent. James listened very carefully. He was very detailed oriented. He paid attention when I spoke. James was great to work with. His expertise and experience showed through the various houses we were shown and the negotiation periods. He often had things to keep in mind that we had not even thought of. He was able to help us narrow down what was important to us, and as a result we were able to find the perfect home for us. James was able to help us navigate this process with ease and comfort.

It’s honestly hard to put into words what James means to us. He’s helped us with multiple purchase and sales, he goes above and beyond. He truly listens and just gets it. When he showed us our home, you could tell he knew. We hope we never move, but if we do, he’s the only one we’d call.

I recently worked with James as my realtor, and I just have to share how amazing he was. Initially, I reached out to him just to get some information in case I decided to move or sell but James was so knowledgeable and supportive that my initial curiosity quickly turned into a real move. He was there for me every step of the way, helping me sell my home and find a new one. I had a lot of fears and doubts, but James alleviated all of them. Thanks to him, I was able to make the long overdue dream of moving to Bangor a reality. James truly made my dreams come true, and I can't thank him enough.

I truly appreciated the exceptional service provided by my realtor, James. Throughout the entire process, he was very professional and dedicated to helping me achieve my goals. He was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns, and I felt supported every step of the way. Even the brief time that he was out of the office, he provided me with contact information for another realtor, Gayle, who was also very helpful during this process. I am truly grateful for the outstanding service I received from both James and Gayle.
