I have done real estate business with Theresa Wilbur for many years. When I needed a buyer broker for my most recent transaction, I called her immediately. She is an honest, caring, Christian woman. On this most recent transaction as buyer’s agent we were under contract in 5 days and closed in less than 30 days. Immediately after the closing, while still in the Title company’s office, I relisted a portion of that property for sale with Theresa. I told Theresa that I want that property under contract within 30 days and I fully expect that to happen.🙏 John Linnehan
