Jennifer has been a delight to work with. She showed many houses to us and never pressured us. She is extremely knowledgeable about Maine, the housing market, and the infrastructure of Maine homes. Her information was very useful to us as we are moving to Maine from Nebraska and there are distinct differences in the two states. She introduced us to Tim and he was equally knowledgeable and helpful. The Herbolds are a dynamic real estate team. We feel extremely lucky to have worked with Jennifer and Tim. Jennifer and Tim helped us sell our home and a second piece of land. They are ethical and understand the market much better than the folks from ERA who valued our home at 100k less than what my sister and I ended up with using Jennifer and Tim. My sister wanted to use ERA but we knew something was amiss there as soon as we heard MW’s numbers. I cannot recommend them more highly than 100k more in our pocket! They supported and guided us through the process even with the difficult buyer’s agent. This is the third time Jennifer has been my agent and I can’t imagine using anyone else.
