Thelma has been nothing short of awesome. She worked really hard for us and always kept our best interests at heart. She felt more like family than just another realtor in the game. We definitely had a positive experience with Thelma on this third transaction with her. Thelma is personable, professional, tactful, sensitive and diplomatic. She was always responsive to our questions and/or input and went out of her way to do whatever had to be done to sell our home. She was very observant to repairs or changes to the home that we could not see that would help sell it. She coordinated an open house for our home even though open houses are not a common occurrence in that area. We especially liked her help in pricing. She came in with a price that was competitive, yet did not give the home away. We received several offers and were happy with the outcome. We would recommend Thelma to everyone. Dec 2016
