I would highly recommend Dick Butler Dick was extremely professional and got more for our house than we ever thought possible. Dick Butler is a knowledgeable, hard-working realtor, always pushing forward the agenda of his client to get the property sold. I appreciate all that Dick did to move the sales of my properties quickly and smoothly. Two of the three properties I listed were sold and the closings took place within three weeks of the time they were put on the market. The third property is under contract. A positive attitude is important in every endeavor. I appreciated Dick’s sensitivity and positive attitude throughout the momentous event of selling the home that had been in my family for seventy-seven years. He knew it was an emotional time for our family. Dick kept me informed throughout the selling process and valued my input. When I had a question, he responded promptly.
