We are so grateful for Marshall and Carissa's help with buying a home in Maine! We started the process while we were still living out of state, which was stressful. Carissa planned out a weekend of house hunting for us when we were able to fly up and even did virtual walk throughs with us over Zoom afterwards when we weren't able to find what we were looking for that weekend. Ultimately, the house we initially made an offer on didn't work out. Carissa and Marshall were so patient and helped us continue to look once we arrived in Maine until we found the right home for us! Have known Marshall and Carissa for many years. Both are amazing. They care about what they are doing and about Maine itself. Were I in the market for another home, I would not hesitate to go thru them.
