I purchased a home in Maine to use as an Airbnb. I have purchased many properties in the past and Jessica is by far the best Realtor with whom I have worked. Jessica helped us coordinate with contractors, lenders, insurance and my 1031 exchange company. I honestly could not have done this particular property without her vigilance and hard work. Jessica was on top of every little detail - anticipated issues before they became problems and as a result the transaction went off without a hitch in an aggressive time frame. I wish there were more than 5 starts to give her !
