We purchased a piece of land with a cabin on the property so it was a non typical sale to begin with. The seller was a personal representative so each piece of the negotiation process took just that much longer, but Becca dug in like it was the most important property she has ever sold. Then a personnel problem at the bank caused us to have to start that part of the process over and she didn’t give up.
