Deb Henderson - Broker

A lifelong passion for the Maine outdoors combined with the knowledge and experience for land and recreational properties. Deb grew up in a sporting camp atmosphere with grandparents owning the camps. The influence at such a young age sparked a passion that has led to years of hunting, fishing, and being in the outdoors throughout Maine and the Canadian provinces.  Co-owning a forestry and land development business for over 20 years has given Deb the knowledge and experience to navigate sellers in marketing their properties to buyers that share the same interests in finding their property in Maine. Deb has over 20+ years as a recreational broker that will make your real estate dreams a reality. Darryl Harvey – Broker:
As the former owner of a real estate agency and a custom homebuilder in Southern Maine, Darryl has the real estate and new construction experience that his clients have come to depend on. A Massachusetts transplant, Darryl has made Maine his home for over 30 years. His wife Sally often jokes that he still can’t call himself a Mainer though. Darryl is most happy spending time at camp in Tomhegan Township with family and friends where he enjoys hunting, fishing and being in the woods. Living and working in the Moosehead Lake Region has been a long time dream of Darryl and Sally's and they finally made it a reality in 2016. Working together with Sally and the Maine Outdoor Properties Team, Darryl will go the extra mile to help recreational clients find their own piece of Maine.

Sally Harvey – Associate Broker:
Sally first became a licensed agent 16 years ago when she was the Office Manager at her husband’s real estate agency. Sally was “born and bred” in Maine and while raising their two children in Gorham, she and her husband Darryl completely renovated a 1800’s farmhouse. Sally was first introduced to the Moosehead Lake region when her parents built a camp in Tomhegan Township when she was in her early 20’s. She and her family now enjoy their own camp in the area and all the outdoor activities that the region has to offer. Sally has the knowledge of the area that her out-of-state clients depend on and enjoys seeing the satisfaction when they find the perfect home, waterfront property or piece of land. Sally’s attention to detail, being a good listener and extraordinary custom service skills is what her clients have come to appreciate. Together with her husband Darryl and the Maine Outdoor Properties team, they provide their clients top-notch customer service.

Cody Haynes - Associate Broker:

A Maine native, Cody grew up in the small town of Winn, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Lincoln Lakes and Katahdin regions. Since relocating to Hampden in 2014, Cody has become fond of all that the Bangor and the surrounding area has to offer. He completed a degree in Business Management from Eastern Maine Community College and spent the early part of his career developing strong customer service skills. He has always had a love for the natural environment, his farm animals, and the outdoors. He is passionate about helping others, which is what drew him to a real estate career. In his spare time, Cody enjoys exploring the many unique areas of his beloved home state, from the rugged coast to the North Maine Woods!
