A lifelong Mainer, Luke combines his understanding of the region with a unique background in construction, renovation, and insurance. He holds a degree in Building Construction from Kennebec Valley Technical College, where he studied architectural design, home construction, and cost estimating. His hands-on knowledge of building practices gives his clients a valuable edge—whether evaluating a home's condition, envisioning a renovation, or estimating project costs. He also holds a Property and Casualty Adjuster License and has worked in the Midcoast area as an insurance adjuster, offering clients insight into both property value and protection.
