I was happy in general. I had to remind to put some information in the MLS and to remind to do pictures with grass and just had tobe on top of a few things . It would have been nice to get a written TO DOS LIST when you close a house: example: call the oil company to pick up propane tank, call which company to do stuff, as a reminder list instead of having to think and do on my own.
