Her love for Maine and her family runs deep. Over the years she worked in local restaurants, factories, in sales, provided caregiving and customer service. Kathy knows the importance of great customer service, communication, and follow through. She has a great work ethic, attention to detail, and is feels it is a pleasure to serve you! She is a graduate of the Downeast School of Massage Therapy operating her own business and providing customer service at a person level for 20 years. She has dabbled in Real Estate over many years and has finally put both feet in. Kathy loves to help people be happy where they live or do business. She has a can-do attitude wanting to help with many types of Real Estate needs.

Kathy loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys gardening, sapping the great Maine Maple syrup, and Maine’s beauty.

She was fascinated as teenager watching a friend in the backhoe and bulldozing business as he raised houses up and dug foundations under them, when he put in septic systems, and dug trenches for well connection to homes. She feels that seeing this work is what first started her interest in property and homes.
