Evelyn has always held a love and curiosity for homes, but her true passion is to educate, empower, and navigate people through significant and meaningful life events; that is what fills her with joy.  Her background in birth; supporting birthing families since 1985, has prepared her well for work in Real Estate. 

She has built her business on building relationships, transparency, connection, and a strong commitment to her clients.  She is responsive, organized, detail oriented, and solution-focused.  Licensed in 2018, Evelyn has an abundance of knowledge and expertise in buying and selling homes.  With this, brings her “Standard of Excellence”.

Maine holds a unique quality of life, like no other and she recognizes this. Her roots and family are here. Born and raised in Bangor, Evelyn hasn’t traveled too far from home.  She lives in Brewer with her husband and dogs.  In her free time, she loves to entertain friends and family, spend time at her camp on Springy Pond, and travel to tropical destinations in the cold weather months! 

In 2020 Evelyn joined the Manon de Carlo team and in 2023 Manon took a step back and Evelyn took over as lead of the team.  Being mentored by one of the best in real estate has provided her with even greater wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and expertise to assist you in buying or selling.
