Ashlee grew up in Bucksport and currently resides on Mount Desert Island with her family. With over 13 years of experience owning and operating vacation and year-round lodging rentals alongside her husband, Ashlee brings valuable insight into the local hospitality and short-term rental market. A Clinical Psychology graduate of Husson College and a special education teacher for 11 years, Ashlee developed exceptional communication, patience, and problem-solving skills that now serve her well in real estate. She is particularly passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers through the process, helping them feel informed, confident, and supported from their first showing to closing day.
As a dedicated agent with Realty of Maine, Ashlee combines her background in education, hospitality, and client service to deliver a thoughtful and detail-oriented experience for both buyers and sellers. Her commitment to professionalism and results was recognized when she received the Gold Award for Sales in 2025.
Known for her approachable style, strong market knowledge, and dedication to her clients, Ashlee works diligently to ensure each transaction is seamless and successful. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, boating, spending time at camp, and sea glass hunting with her family along Maine’s beautiful coastline.
