Born and raised in Mid-Coast Maine, Peter started in real estate in 1999 after working in the construction trades for 18 years. He has done much to give back to the area serving on the Waldo County Board of Directors for a stretch and working at the Waldo County Animal Shelter. His family adopted several pets from there. He worked for several years as a volunteer for the Marine Animal Lifeline, an organization that rescued and rehabilitated abandoned baby seals along the coast of Maine.

He was also one of a dozen Realtors from Maine to spend a week in Alabama working on home construction with Habitat for Humanity shortly after hurricane Katrina devastated the gulf coast.

He very much enjoys introducing people “from away” to the rugged beauty and the slower pace of life usually found on the Maine coast. He keeps abreast of changes in the real estate industry by taking several continuing education courses each year and is happy to include several past clients as personal friends.
