Dale holds a B.A. in Political Science from Furman University in Greenville, SC and a Litigation Certificate from the Institute for Paralegal Studies in Philadelphia. She has done graduate work in business at both Georgia State University and the University of Maine. She is a strong believer in community involvement and has served on the boards of Literacy Volunteers of Bangor and the Bangor Y. An active member of All Souls Congregational Church, Dale has served as chairperson of the Coordinating Committee, Nominating Committee, Annual Bazaar, Stewardship Committee and as a Trustee, Senior Deacon, and Executive Board member.  She is a Volunteer Leader and member of the Steering Committee with the American Folk Festival. Her hobbies include cycling, kayaking, working out at the Y, cross-country skiing and traveling.
 
While fully licensed as a Maine real estate broker, Dale does not actively list or sell. Her function is to match prospective clients to one of Realty of Maine's 130+ agents. Additionally, she handles communications, leads management, relocation, agent development and whatever else the day brings at the seven offices of Realty of Maine.
