Several years back, Bill made the great career choice to become a REALTOR. Having spent the better part the last decade serving clients in the Western Maine area, Bill found great satisfaction in working with buyers and sellers alike. His experience comes from over 35 years specializing in the, construction and design of traditional timber-frame homes. As a developer of real estate in Bethel, some of Bill's notable projects include Locke Summit Estates, a 74 lot subdivision bordering Sunday River, Riverbend, a 60 unit Post & Beam condominium complex on Sunday River's access road, and Pat's Pizza of Bethel (he was one of Pat's best customers while at UMO). His most creative project was the BIG Adventure Center, a family entertainment park featuring a Laser tag arena, Mini golf Course, and Climbing facility, all of which he designed and built.

Originally from Rumford, Bill's roots are in the Western Maine area. Being an avid skier, water skier, sailor and power boater, he's well acquainted with the multiple recreational activities Western Maine has to offer. Bill now resides in Greenwood in the shadow of Mt Abram Ski Resort.
