The great fire of 1911, sparked by embers from a hayshed, destroyed much of downtown, but did not stop the citizens of Bangor from re-building. Most of the present downtown is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the “Great Fire Historic District,” while the portion that survived the fire is the 'West Market Square Historic District.”

Todd Eaton was born in Patuxent (PAX River), Maryland in 1968. Being a Navy brat, he bounced around from state to state finally ending up in Maine in 1979. He called Levant his home in 1984 when his father retired. He entered the United States Army in June 1987, joined the Army National Guard in 1992, the Air National Guard in 1995, and retired Active Duty in 2017 after serving the military for 30 years.

The “Just Down the Road” logo has a little history to it. Although Levant is just 12 miles from Bangor, it seems to be an extremely long 12 miles. Some call them country miles. Anyone visiting would typically complain of how long a drive it is to which they would always receive the reply of, “It’s just down the road.”
When you become a client of Todd and Angie's, they will work diligently for you, making you their number 1 priority, to give you the most gratifying real estate experience.
